Returns Policy
At Mesh & Mayhem, all of our products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace your item if there is an issue with your order.
We Offer Replacements If:
We will provide a replacement at no cost to you if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item was damaged upon arrival
- Your item was lost in transit
Reporting an Issue
If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
This helps us resolve the issue quickly and work with our fulfillment partner, to send your replacement.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
We do not offer replacements or refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect color selected
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor variations in print placement or color due to the printing process
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. We offer different styles of t-shirts, please read the "Fit Check" in the item description.
Shipping Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Thank you for shopping with Mesh & Mayhem!
All of our products are made to order in the USA and fulfilled by our trusted print -on-demand partner. Because each item is created just for you, shipping times are a little different from traditional retailers. This means production/shipping may take a little longer, but we're working toward stocking inventory for faster turnaround times. Thanks for supporting us!
Order Processing Time (Production)
Once you place your order, it goes into production.
- Production time: 1–3 business days
- Each item is printed, prepared, and packed before shipping
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking information.
Shipping Time Estimates
After production, your order is shipped. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 2–5 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
If the estimated shipping date has passed, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days, as occasional delays can occur.
Occasionally, a product may be out of stock at our main manufacturing facility. In those rare cases, your order may be routed to a backup facility, which could add a few extra days to shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Multiple Items in One Order
Because our products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Holidays or peak seasons

Lost Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier and our printing partner to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
