All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Printify. Because each item is created just for you, shipping times are a little different from traditional retailers.

Order Processing Time (Production)

Once you place your order, it goes into production.

• Production time: 1–3 business days
• Each item is printed, prepared, and packed before shipping
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking information.

Shipping Time Estimates

After production, your order is shipped. Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 2–5 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Occasionally, a product may be out of stock at our main manufacturing facility. In those rare cases, your order may be routed to a backup facility, which could add a few extra days to shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Multiple Items in One Order

Because our products are fulfilled by Printful, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Delays

Please note that delays may occur due to:

• Carrier delays
• Customs processing for international orders
• Holidays or peak seasons
